It can't be fully disabled via software such as MSI Afterburner or Sapphire Trixx (as of ). ULPS can cause crashing / stuttering / reduced scaling when enabled. ULPS is an ultra low power saving feature which turns off all GPU's except the primary one in use. Have no fear however, we can get rid of this little bugger and stop it from collecting information on us and sending it to big brother. That’s because, like many applications, it wasn’t nice enough to tell you about the garbage it was installing along with what you wanted to install.
